It all looks find and dandy, but I feel that the text tracking is way too tight. I first Strength Era as one word, which was confusing. The font itself is fine, but I'd loosen it up a few notches to gain on readability.

Other than that, this is a really cool, traditional as far as gym related logos are concerned, but still an eye candy to me =)
