I am really liking this! Good job- good color and font choice, the shield shape works, and will probably work nicely on the actual product.

If I had to nit pick about something it would be the mask at the top. I get the idea, and it's "tough" looking, but i'm not sure about the two lines that cross through the eyes. I think they, and the one line above the Left eye could be omitted and you would not lose anything from the design.

Maybe check the spacing between B and L and M and E- may need a bot of adjusting.

Overall, great start!

Contrary to Joy, I love that Spartan helmet, although you tend to see it a bit too often as soon as one has to symbolize strength and other virile sentiments. I particularly like these scars. Maybe for the sake of consistency, you could have them somewhere else in the logo.

I don't think the reticle thingy is really necessary, but it doesn't really bother either.

Definitely has the industrial sort of look, yet a little on the Lacrosse Badge side at first glance.

Can you maybe make the Armor Face Mask look more like a simplified Knight's helmet?

Also is it black? I would 0 the black out, for sure, because it does not appear black on the screen.

If there is some way maybe by putting the type inside the badge or decreasing point size to make it look less like a Pro or College Lacrosse team's icon I think it would suit your endeavor.

Also not sure about the target sign at the bottom - feels unnecessary.
