It looks nice. Though I do not endorse beer advertising and consumption, it looks good. It looks as if this poor weary mexican sat down on the sunny side of the cactus to pose for this advertising campaign.
Issues: green cactuses on the sides, in b/w Version 3 I would put everything b/w, shadows from the hat and from the cactus are a bit different.
Wai wai wait- you don't endorse beer advertising and consumption!? What do you mean? Like.... you'd rather drink wine or something? I'm curious...
It's a bit better, but the sleeping guy looks still too much like an illustration/clip art. Have you colorized it in Photoshop? If yes, don't. Go vector all the way.
The font is horrible. This is the kind of fantasy typeface you find on Dafont and which really don't look professional.
