OH MY GOD. Go to the nearest garbage can and trow that idea. Outline - remove. font-replace, colors- less, symbol- to be added.

It's a shame, the name of the company has a lot of potential, I'd really suggest pulling from that instead of taking the easy (and bad looking) generic kid font with crazy colors and rainbow effects. Give it some more thought, do some sketches, then see what you come up with.

I agree with the above comments the company name has potential, but we got a little carried away here with all the effects and shiny things.
Keep it clean, fresh, simple.

Whoa. Toss this out, start over. Focus (as previously stated) on the cool name of the company and work with that. Maybe do a few inspiring google image searches and see what you find. But this is bad- too many colors, too many outlines, bad font, we don't need a background let alone a colored one. Just start over! It's such a fun name- play with it but keep it simple and fun. (And fun doesn't mean there has to be a ton of loud colors!) Upload your next version though!!
