One color on "Trikkel" is enough.

The gradient, the shadow, and the pattern make it ugly. remove them as step #1. Yes, you would take the "2.0" out of your logo.

Please lose all of the Web 2.0 treatments. Then you will see if this is really a successful logo. You can apply web 2.0 to a logo that works. You can't force a logo to work by adding those treatments.

Agreeing with all the previous comments on unnecessary embellishments. Also watch the kerning on the "e". It looks a little too close to the "k". On the tag line you might try increasing the height of the type to more closely resemble the style of the main logo as well as either increasing the width of the line to add symmetry to the overall logo or make it smaller and right justify.

Due to stupidity of visually challenged clients, everyone thinks that web 2.0 logo style with gradients, reflections and shadows is a must have but... like all trendy stuff (think platform shoes in the 70's) this will die very soon and they will end with a stupid mediocre logo nobody will want to look at.

Sorry but your execution here is not very good. Typography might work but you created a mess with over-kerning and spacing. Colors are on the dark side and not very uplifting and does not help this logo to achieve memorable look.
Get rid of effects, adjust spacing & kerning to some acceptable values and try to play with colors to get a bit warmer image.
