The logo seems perfect for a sports club that celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. It almost looks 100 years old, too.

Yeah I'm not sure whether or not you wanted an old old old looking seal kind of thing- (it reminds me of a wax seal that you'd see on the back of an old letter) BUT if that's what you were going for then I think you achieved your goal. Also (again, assuming an old kind of thing was what you were going for) I'd almost suggest making the outside line have a slight wave to it- like a lot of those old seals did.

On the other hand, if you weren't going for something so old, you miiiiiight want to start fresh on something brand new!?
