Why not cover the entire word Umbrella? As it is now, you only have partial coverage and you've placed it without any thought or consideration as if it were an afterthought.
If that's the case try bringing the second "L" up so it looks more like the handle, because I definitely didn't see that as a handle. I also agree with 2423.
It's not bad. I'd keep tinkering with it though. Maybe a more abstract umbrella. The thick rounded outline of the umbrella makes it look hurried. What about using just the umbrella segments rather than the outline.
ok, I like the job you did here, also agree with the suggestions of monito. If you would like to remain with the actual position of the umbrella than try to align with the type, this way it looks like it goes away. Good job again, you are almost done.
I'd definitely do something about the umbrella placement. Either raise up the ascender of the 'l' and use that for the umbrellas handle, or use the 'b' instead!

yes i like it
Put a little umbrella over some type and ta da you have a logo. This doesn't work, for one it's too much like http://highpeakcvs.org.uk/IT/IT-files/DigitalUmbrella-200.gif

you dont understand my idea. the handle of the umbrella is the letter "L" so it does not cover the entire word.

maybe i should do that
I love the font and style but maybe you can incorporate the umbrella more?
woww great logo
maybe like this so that the empty space between the LL will be the handle?
Or even like this? I just think the placement on the umbrella needs work.
