I like the direction you are going. My initial thought is to get rid of the arrow in the dot, simplify it a little. You definitely have something here. Keep it up!

I agree with above, the arrow and dot are extraneous. I think the registration mark is way too large, it is the same size as the sub text. The sub text is the name of your business, it needs to be larger. I would reduce the spacing between the letters and make the point size larger.
