The logo from my view is nice (though i haven't seen the other version), but I may sound a little biased.
The font VIONE works here, but your subtext doesn't, since those rounded-edges kind of ruin your pointed and sharp edges of your logo throughout. I wont be the echo in what Shawali said about proper spelling, but I do agree that it needs to say "Always" lol.
Your design is nice, but I have no idea what it's about. It would help if we get some visual cue on what your aiming for.
Note the comments from Shawali. If you're going to keep the gradient, you might want to work on the gold gradient. It might look better with a slight orange shift rather than grey-gold.

It's better, though I preferred the other symbol. But I still don't know what this brand is about.
And you didn't correct the typo on "always". By the way, it should read "always bringing satisfaction"
