I like better your first version. Try to join better the 2 waterfalls in that 1st version
I can tell you tried to make it more hand-drawn looking which is great and everything... but this doesn't work.
It might be worth mentioning that if your illustrating skills aren't all that strong you might want to consider going back to a more (possibly highly) stylized version of a waterfall- that might be easier for you to achieve. I'd also pick a different font - but that can be narrowed down/chosen once you have the waterfall done. (Also remember to place your text carefully- maybe either center the words with the logo or at least center the word within the edge of the waterfall that it's above/under.
I think you have to go in another direction... here an example.
