This is terrible in all ways. I'd develop your other idea...
The thing about flipping a "b" horizontally is that it makes it into the letter "d". So unless you want your company to be constantly mispronounced due to your logo you should start again here. The one on your website is better, but that one even needs to be thought out a bit more.
