Professional and youth-centered. The logo should be adaptable.
The organization is often referred to by their acronym "KAYSC."
I'd like to hear feedback on the font and layout of the text on the bottom.
I prefer to have the text staggered, but a graphic designer friend suggest that the two lines of text be in-line (as shown.)
The background of this logo (shown as green) can also be replaced with abstract images (landscapes, textures, astronomical images, etc.)
