I really like it but that "Q" is a bit of a stretch. If it had a more traditional tail it might be more recognisable as a Q, it's just hard work at the moment. I think you could scale it down by 25% also. The two lines of text could do with a little more breathing space between them and then that "u" "s" overlap won't be necessary.

Nice font and colour choice and nice work on the symbol, you just need to tweak it a bit.
