This thing looks good, but unfortunately it's just another overused cheap clipart that thousands of cheap designers download and use in millions of logos.

I agree with oscar- the symbol is clearly just clip art and more clip art, and I while I can't recall the name of that font, I'm not a big fan of it, especially for the main text of a logo - without any caps no less!
