Guidelines to Uploading new brand artwork

Before uploading a new design file, please check to ensure that it does not already exist in our database.

Instructions

In the upload form, only two fields are mandatory:

• Brand name
• Vector file

Please ensure to be accurate and detailed with the description of the artwork name/brand representation when uploading.

The field brand name should contain only English letters [A-z] and numbers. At this time we cannot accept descriptions in non-English letters.

The description field may contain the brief description of a brand, decoding of an abbreviation and the additional information.

Author - name (or company name) of the logo designer.

Uploaded By - If the submitted artwork is being uploaded by a party other than the author, please list it here as this information will be used for our contributors' page.

Category, country and url are as a reference to the uploaded brand and not to the author or the uploading party of a file. If you are not sure about the information for these fields, please do not fill them.

Optimal format for the thumbnail of an artwork: GIF, nontransparent, 32-64 colors, 200x200 pixels (please ensure to leave some "whitespace" area).

The Vector file must be a true VECTOR file (not bitmaps, included in EPS, AI or CDR).

Please CLICK THE UPLOAD BUTTON ONLY ONCE. Once your upload is finished, your browser will be redirected to a dynamic page which will display the newly uploaded artwork.

Recently added artworks will not immediately appear in our catalogue, history, or other general public pages of our site. Each uploaded artwork will be moderated by our staff to ensure the quality and correct classification of each brand and thus your artwork may take several days to be listed on the general public pages of our site.

To ensure that all submitted artworks are of high quality, the staff of brandsoftheworld.com may change the format of the uploaded file, modify it (and it's description) by insignificant corrective changes or remove it from the database and the site without reservation.

Upload terms & conditions

By uploading content to and accessing this Site, you agree to these terms and conditions and WebMediaBrands? (?WEBM?) Web Site User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you should not upload to this Site.

By submitting your image, graphic, video, artwork , logo, trademark, servicemark, photo, listing, link or other content ("Content") to this Web Site and related Internet media properties owned or operated by WEBM and its affiliates and subsidiaries (the ?Site?), you represent that You are over eighteen (18), that you have the full rights to upload your Content and that uploading your Content to this Site will not violate or infringe the rights of any third person, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.

You further represent that you will not upload any Content that is defamatory, obscene, in violation of any law, or contains any viruses, "worms", "trojan horses" or any other harmful or destructive properties.
