Atlanta Rio de Janeiro Sister City Foundation (ARJSCF)
Logo details
David M. Bey, Creative Director of Designismylife, created the ARJSCF logo with a marriage of elements to visually communicate the bond between Brazil and the United States.
The geometric wave pattern of Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro, pays tribute to Brazilian landscape architect, Roberto Burle Marx, while the upper half of the logo mimics the U.S. flag.
ARJSCF was founded in 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia to strengthen partnerships and communication between Georgia and Brazil by collaborating with organizations and funding programs that promote culture, education.
