Nah, this is not working at all. It looks like a cheap logo from the 80's.

Also, you clearly squashed the word "corporation" which you should never do.

The symbol looks like a tilde but doesn't really make sense.

The kerning (the space betwwen individual characters) is way off.

Globally, it looks sloppy and lazy. You clearly didn't spend much time working on it. And I'm pretty sure you didn't make any sketches beforehand, which is what you should start with, along getting as much inspiration as you can (check out www.logopond.com & www.dribbble.com)
