La Sorgente, fondata nel 1920, fu la prima industria a produrre liquori a Napoli.
Il primo prodotto aziendale fu l’Anice Reale che divenne immediatamente popolarissimo e che è entrato a far parte della tradizione napoletana, dove in ogni bar o caffè, immancabile è la bottiglia.
