O número 4 sugere equilíbrio mas na leitura por extenso significa
(por diversão), ou seja, é para ser uma logomarca descontraída.

I quite like the colour coming out of the lines for the "for fun" bit but feel if they are going to do that they need to be a lot more obvious as this could easily look like poor printing when advertised.

Lose the 4 symbol for a start you've completely copied the fantastic four logo and secondly you already have the "for" in the name so unless its specifically for four year olds, ditch it.

Dont think you need to repeat the same style of typography underneath with the tagline either and would ask myself the question, is that needed also? Try to strip the logo back to its fundamentals and go from there.

Just loose that '4' mark, it's true what 11 said, and turn 'comuni.....' line into a simple & clean black or brown typography and this could work.
Another option would be to replace 'for' with a number 4 in the same type.
