I think you first need to come up with a good creative idea, this one is not working and your logo looks very unpleasant.

"J&J" looks somehow symmetric. OK, I see some shape there and it can be improved.
But then it seems like there's no room for "ALARMS". It's struggling for some spot in the picture, pushing here and there and at the end it only spoils the scene.
at the moment t is looking quite crammed. I like what you are doing by trying different variations with the text but it does not seem to be complementing each other. Try going back to basics and simplifying it completely, and if you're going to use the "JJ" do it in a memorable font. work on it something will come up soon.
What software are you using because this looks like it was done in paint? The kerning is very bad, color choices are very poor & the way you placed everything isn't working.
am using Illustrator CS5, don't know why the red came out fuzzy cause it is saved as jpg. i'm sending a fresh idea, hope it gets the smiles.

Two JJ's with an & symbol isn't a good enough idea. Execution needs more work too.
