I made a logo with a isotype that can be rotated 180 degrees, so you can keep the same initials in English, Spanish and Italian

I like the idea very much. I'm just not a fan of the rest of it. Sorry-
I think the colors are too glaring and childish for a world market.
The type is too heavy and and the spacing is too loose.
I would keep the color palette simple (1 or 2 colors). A super market puts their mark on EVERYTHING. I would make the font friendlier and more accessible. I'm not a fan of the symbol itself either (broken circle), but I don't know what to suggest in it's place. But, I would make it look the same if you spin it 180 degrees to keep the theme of the MN/NW spinnable letters inside.
Too many colors. You could keep the blue for the "world".
Now instead of slicing the world in four parts I would keep it in one piece. Then instead of a circle I use an ellipse, like in a Mollweide projection.
I put a big "MN" inside, bold italics. And if outside is freezing I make the "MN" so big that the letters get out of the ellipse by half the width of the stems.
It's so simple that I'm not sure if it hasn't been done before.
Too much going on, typography is poor as well. I would start over
Everything is just too thick and the whole composition feels crowded, give it some 'air'.
Typography is too thick and badly executed, you need to work on your letter spacing & kerning skills.
Color scheme is a standard Microsoft bullshit, can't you show some creativity here and surprise us with an inventive color choice?
This is neither elegant nor memorable it just has 'in your face' look and I don't think it works.
i like it...i would play with the font more.
