Not sure what this logo is for but this font is definitely not working. The logo mark is also very amateurish look up and research what makes a successful logo and then aim to come up with a memorable unique idea that will blow our minds. As for this, its far from complete.

The word "EUCALIPTUS" and an eucalyptus leaf. Good. But this leaf looks like a guajillo pepper.

The round terminals font doesn't look good on this word. The size of the word, and its meaning, gives room to use a more elegant font type.

A simple eucaliptus bush/tree as a symbol and clean unobtrusive (nothing fancy) typography below would do the trick.
This is not working like this.
