Of all the versions- this works the best for me.

Realty needs to be larger. I would put it under the type so you can center the symbol.

The symbol needs more space from the text.

The gradient isn't necessary.

The text is - ok not sure about that "h" though..

The symbol looks like a sun shining through the tube of a wave- change the color to make it look more that way (blue with yellow behind it.. see if that works-) then use a complimentary color for the text :.
