Brief from client
HardCore Arts project.

Hello all. I'm 17, and this is one of my early work. How, can they realize I am an amateur and I'm starting now, but hope you enjoy.
The logo in question represents HardCore Arts, a project of friends who edit video games such as Counter-Strike, Modern Warfare, Combat Arms, etc ...
The "arrow" in the "O" represents the name of "Arts". Hope you enjoy ;)

Good beginning mxLL..... but I do have some comments. If I didn't read your brief, The first letter looks just as much like a "W" than it does an "H" You may want to tweak that a bit. Also.... I'd show the "C" at the same width as the "D" just to show some good symmetry. I, nor anyone else would know that the arrowhead in the "O" is supposed to symbolize the word Arts without you having to tell us. It reads as Hardcore, Wardcore and nothing else at the moment. You may also want to remove the gradation from dark red to lighter red. In doing so, you wont' have much problem in reproducing this logo in colour or black and white. Blends are always such a pain to deal with when it comes to the printing process and all of their applications. Good start, but still much tweaking to do!
