Brief from client 

A company that does architecture, contracting, development, and real estate.
We have two design ideas..

final version. 'associates' spaced out a little more for breathing space.
logo slightly modified to give more balance. thanks for the help everyone.

You are allways welcome. I would slightly reduce a itle the size of the associates type and open a litle more the kerning... but that was m opinion.
