The idea has potential in concept. On a large scale the name is harder to read than the reduced thumbnail version. You might concentrate on making the letters work better together. The drop and old style martini glass is overused and out dated. I'm not sure what a celebrations agency is, but this look more like a hole-in-the-wall bar logo.
-the symbol looks like clip art that's either been skewed or tilted
-the little drip off of the j is barely visible at that size so it might as well not be there
-there's a gradient in EVERYTHING
-the font (to me, I mean) looks almost as bad as Papyrus
-the whole thing doesn't connect to me at all- it doesn't look cohesive, more like some text (with a bad gradient) thrown next to some clip art (also with bad gradient)
I'd start over and try to have a symbol/text relationship that makes more sense, AND please please pleaaaaaase no more gradients!!
Angelvis I actually like the idea of this, now if you can somehow get it to look visualizing pleasing, you would have an AWESOME logo.
AFTER you take the advice sara gave you I would love to see you draw out the text so it actually looks like water spilling out of the glass... But I'm not sure if you're at that level just yet. So for something more simple, I would go to www.lostype.com and find a classy scripty font to use, also your symbol is too complex, take out that coaster and leave the wine glass by itself.

Sorry, but I'm just not feeling this one.
