The font is not only a poor choice, it looks pixelated. The colors don't work together

I agree with Alisha about the font. Stay away as far as possible from the types bundled with your computer.

Is the square symbol supposed to represent something? It looks way too random to me.

Globally, this logo looks like it's been done in 5 minutes.

Is Mustafa in the tiling business? Thats what it looks like to me. Any chance he's a time traveler too as this belongs in the 90s.

Unless there's a reason behind it, try not using any random elements.

I would suggest checking some logo websites for inspiration.
