Brief from client 

They want that the icon of the logo, looks like a cherry inside a pearl.

I use a simple circle like a pearl and inside be a cherry

The font looks really weird, especially these R. They look out of proportion compared to the rest.

The symbol is a bit simplist on the the drop shadow on the stalk is really not a good idea.

I'd start over with this one.
