Text proportions are ok putting al lot of emphasis on Do pinheiro. Does this have a meaning or is this the name of the village?

No the symbol is not good, try something else because this symbol has been used before and has failed badly.

What i see there is someone seat driving, after I undestarnd Dentist i say: hey look:! is the dentist and the pacient is in front of him/her ... so i will try something more detailed, a little bit more detailed if you want it simple maybe you could add another line to depict that special chair dentist have.

about typo and color, for me it looks pretty normal, nothing oustanding but it could work just fine so if you are pretty sure of it (or the client requested it ) you could work the symbol without altering that part of the logo.

O símbolo parece comum, não o identifico com o do link que o amosatara partilhou, mas pode ser melhorado...
A tipografia poderia ser melhor... e acho que não deveria haver diferença de tamanho no "do pinheiro" pois apenas a cor já serve para destacar...
