This is looking quiet good, though I think there's room for improvement.

First thing that strikes me is that it seems a bit off balance. The text should be aligned with the rectangle only not the whole thing.

I also feel that the symbol is a bit too prominent. Maybe you could try to reduce it while thickening the stroke of the rectangle.

Other that that I really like it. Great color choice. Kerning is slightly off but I guess you'll fine tune it.
