Ok this could be really nice but it needs a bit more work.

First of, the circles aren't centered. There's a button for that in that in the alignment tab in Illustrator.

The main is ok, but it'll be great if you created ligatures between the letters. And if you also adjust some of the curbs, especially on the j it'll be cool too.

I'm not a fan of the all caps serif font for the subtext. A bit too conservative for my taste. I'm sure you can find a better font. Contact me via my profile if you don't know where to look at for great professional fonts.

Last thing, that grey dotted pattern in the back. I'm not sure it goes so well withe whole vintage feel of the logo.
