Brief from client 

Solid, elegant, innovative, positive, eye-catching, yet simple

The designers chose a building that also simulated an arrow pointing upwards. The word Group was included as a way to unify/bring together all the companies under one name.

I like it. I think it works. The font choice is nice and elegant.
The word Grupo looks small though
