Not sure how set in stone this is, but I initially read it as "down in the p". Cant' really unsee that.

Other than that, the logo itself is pretty underwhelming.

Does this website have anything to do with Italy? Because the .it made me thing immediately that this is an Italian website.

If it's not, it's just seems very gimmicky to me and could lead to some misconception about the brand.

And I'm with Killswitch on this one, this logo looks globally underwhelming.
