Mmmh no, sorry, this is a pretty poor effort.

Like too many logos, it feels rushed, improvised and poorly thought through. I'm ready to bet this logo was made from the ground up straight on Illustrator, without following any kind of creative process, ie no research, sketching, etc...

Also, it's 2016. There should be a law prohibiting the use of Impact in any form of graphic design endeavor, besides making an infographic about how Impact is a terrible font. Especially if you squash it!!!!
