I agree with Shaun. There's not much happening here. But it still manages to be complicated.

You need to go through a proper creative process, starting with researching the market, checking out competitors brands and logos, then getting inspired on such sites like www.logopond.com, www.dribbble.com and more importantly getting an account on www.Pinterest.com

Then you can turn off the computer and start sketching hundred of ideas. This is the most important part, it cannot be stressed enough. This is how cool ideas actually happen. Just pen and paper. See what comes up.

If I were you, I'd forget about the dog paw. As I said in a your previous post, it doesn't really illustrate what "undergod" represents. It's quite unimaginative.

Also, get rid of that big ass subtext, it just adds to the confusion. And it's pretty much useless considering SEO is in the very name of the company. We're pretty sure they don't sell underwear =)
