Sorry, I'm having a hard time clearly seeing a duck in there. It's way too squashed.

The font looked super dated.

The color are super dull and too close density wise.

Creating a logo directly on the screen, without any preparations before hand, such as research, inspiration and most importantly sketching, will most of the time end up not working at all.
