Brief from client 

ADL Brick is a brick manufacturing company. And he wanted the logo to represent his service areas.

I almost like the schematics of this logo, but it is too complex, simplify adl and use another font for bricks and in other manner. I could say the colors are ok but this composition fail at many other points. Put the symbol on a single row or on defined shape, yours is breaking away, not good for a logo. bricks on a band or under a line, not separated like you did.

Very-very complicated you need to spend a few minutes to figure out what's going on. The fonts are not a nice choice either. Think of something a lot simpler, forget this whole thing.

Sorry. no, this does not work good. I cannot figure out what is in this logo. I see The letters ADL, but why at that angle and is there a shape that means something that I don't recognize? Sorry, starting over will be probably the best choice.

My initial reaction and words out of my mouth were " WHOA " and then stare and then face palm. LOL JK no seriously tho it is to complex and to over powering, maybe bring back the colors to something less harsh, and clean up the logo to have a few elements.

Okay well I'm going to be more helpful...(if I can...) BRICKS is fine - not my favorite, but the type you chose for the ADL is the problem... the letters at angles is creative, the brick pattern inside the D is a good, good idea - tho I may carry it one row farther, but using the minimal style you have. You need a simpler, bold font for the ADL to get this right. Peace, Spook
