The concept is great, but it's missing something. Is the leaf already part of the existing logo? I would try making the "50" larger, fix the "0" as Theo mentioned, move the letters to the right of center and make the whole thing a little thicker (more weight).
I'm so sorry to be such a negative Nancy on this one!! But I think it's just really really boring. There's no variation in anything- the shape looks the same as the font, it's the same color everywhere, the same thickness everywhere (except for the slight change in 'pucv'), and I don't dig the color either. I would start over if this were my logo. I'm not a huge fan of the gray one either- but I prefer it to this.

My eyes get stuck on the sharp point of the "0". Somehow it disturbs me a little bit. But the idea looks good.

this is a pretty fun idea if the place is modern choose this if its classy chose v/1 both are great!

I think it works, but the leafy/fifty thing doesn't look right at small sizes - could you make that thicker?
Other than that, maybe another colour would make it a little more interesting.
Forgot to ask: what on God's Earth is Fapucv?
