I could see this going the right way, but right now it's not working at all.

Never EVER use the bevel/emboss effect. I know, I've been there myself, when you first start in graphic design, you find it amazing and super cool. But it is not. It is just unprofessional.

Also, don't design your logo with Photoshop. Start with a pen and piece of paper. And when you're happy with your sketching, use Illustrator.

I don't recognize the shape of an apple. It looks more like cherry to me.

Get rid of all the superfluous elements, such as the TM, "Parle allego" and the baseline "sparkling bla bla"

You got to be careful with your white font. Because chances are that your logo will appear on a white background more often than a black one.

Another fake good idea : using different fonts within the same word. These Z look good, why not have the whole word in the same typace? I like the way they come up.

What is this red thing pointing out at the bottom of the apple?

that red thing is nothing but a design i thought it will be nice to finish the design with that.
