Why dont you do it with out the symbol? Our put the symbol in other place?

I've tried to, but client insist to have a symbol that represents atomic. So, i need to be really careful not to be mistaken with atheis symbol and finally i came out with this symbol. Thanks anyway

This is really great, but the issue mentioned above is a good one. The problem is that there is no nucleus to the atom and the election paths aren't really orbit anything. You need a center to the orbits, and unfortunately the "O" is rather off center. A dot of the "i" is probably too much of a cliche.

I also agree with above issues. then something else: the square typeface does not go well with the atom symbol - Why don't you try to put a small simplified atom logo right in the middle of the "O", or replace the "O" completely with an atom.
