I find the symbol a bit dense and inticate, maybe try reducing the number of rings by 1 and increasing the space between each.

With regard to the text I can't help thinking you're missing out on a good opportunity to do something exciting with those 3 letters. Play around with how they could go together in a unique and interesting way. If you manage to do this successfully you could drop the accompanying symbol altogether and focus on the letters only for the logo.
