I think this name is more interesting than the other. I am not sold on the typography (mainly the T bothers me- I don't like that curl at the bottom). But I am questioning the symbol- it's a cup. Since they serve Tea, they will have cups- will this logo OF a cup look cool ON a cup??? Jus sayin =)

I think you can do something way more interesting with the waves idea than what you have here. Me, personally, I'd ditch that cup... unless you can make it so memorable it becomes a staple.
