This has potential but it can be improved. The lines in your symbol need to be refined. You have smooth strong lines throughout most of it but the lines get shaky when you add the flag from the note. I don't understand why the B is black. Is there a significance that we should know about? For me it throws this whole thing off visually and makes it very unbalanced. Also, check your kerning.

Unfortunately, there is nothing in this logo that says "gospel" or even "music".

When I first saw this logo, I thought about Nutella. Not exactly the idea you want to convey.

The symbol looks really weird, like if you tried to squeeze in a B and some kind of appendix which I assume is a not of music.

I would start over, with getting some inspiration first and then sketching some (a lot) of ideas.
