The one thing I can definitely say is that the colors are interesting.

I don't think this works as a logo as it is, it needs simplifying. I would change the font (the F in four seasons appears to be smaller/thinner than the rest)- make it all the same size- but go with an entirely different font. The one you have here seems dated and frumpy.
I'm also not sure how the brown squiggle fits in with the leaf in the middle. If you want to go with a tree theme- you could keep the different colored leaves but combine it with the branch, which would bring the whole thing together more. As it is now it just looks piece-y and awkward.

I really don't think that works. The colours are indeed 'interesting', buts it's hard to see anything wrong with the rest of it, yet it is somehow wrong.
