Clean logo which will hopefully become recognisable at a glance

This is just an idea and I would like some feedback on the logo and advice on improving it would be appreciated.

I would clip off the rough ends of the "C" and/or make one end of the "C" cut into the "G" (with a clean end)

Totally agree, also if you leave as is maybe bring back the c a bit to seperate from G?
