I like this a lot too, but I'd try different colors were it me. I always worry about colors that bright (the light blue color) not printing correctly or that bright. I also feel like the lighter blue color might be hard to see on a white background. I guess I don't even mind the darker blue color, just the light blue one I'd change.
I like the symbol very much. I'm not clear if the blue background gradient is actually a part of the logo or not. Wondering about the strength on just a white background... Also, and this may just be an illusion, the type seems slightly off center to the left a bit. I'm guessing that's not intentional. One passing thought (that I bet you've already tried) is tilting the "b" maybe 10 degrees to the right to indicate a little movement or speed. Currently it's a little static, that might add some movement :-)
i like this work but i agree with sara about printing problems that may occur and with bbrad2 about centering and tilting the"b". Anyway you are on the right trakc with the font and the idea.
I'm not so sure about this one. It looks a bit phallic to me, especially when I saw it small (as the thumbnail).
Also reminds me of this (also phallic) logo.

Maybe just a pair or darker blues!?
