Well done for this one, I would give more weight and take out the effect on the type, but is a very fine one as it is. Good job!

I gave green thumbs almost all across the board because individually, the different elements are ok.

But I read "umberland". It's tricky thing to have a letter, most of the time the first on, used as another thing in this case the symbol.

IMO, this doesn't work. If you put back the normal |c| and put the symbol elsewhere, this could work.

Good work on the symbol, BTW. It looks pretty good. But not as a |c|.

I see the name, but I do not see the "Insurance" part of the logo. It feels more like a digital technology company, such as a business server provider or some telecommunication company.
