logo inspired by word dimensi which mean "dimension" and company offer many tech services. logo create from "d" letter with 3D effect and colourful style.

I like your idea and the fonts but you got to do something with the colors on d. There are too much, not suitable for your domain, choose less colors and/or desaturate also try and see how it looks on black and white.
That is way too complicated, almost unreadable.
It would maybe work if the name was shorter but as it is, it doesn't.
The font is almost a logo in itself. Add that stylized D, and you got yourself a mess.
The D looks good but with less colors. The rest is too crowded, too divided, broke into a thousand pieces. You need a simpler thing for a logo.

This is better, To the opposite of most people, I think the colors are right. you may change the colors of the letters to just one, fix the font to a different one when the brand name can be better readable, so if you need to do posters or signs, the letters can be distinguishable, if your point is to make a difference between dimensi and tekno, than you can use 2 types of fonts, fonts that will be compatible and can go toguether.
Better but the way the name is displayed is unnecessarily complicated.
Keep only one of the 2 typefaces, preferably the one on the right.

Agree with others about the font problem. I suggest u one color and left the name divided. About symbol's colors... I dont see a problem. It is a philosophal and economical discussion about how many colors should have. The printing 4 colors is cheaper in this days. Yeah some many of the most successful brands rely on 1 or 2 colours only. But dont limite yourself if the your logo have to much. The most important is the harmony. The exemple below is the TV Globo the bigger tv channel in Brazil.

this version i so simple and still have problem with black white media.
This one is winning hands down for me. What about shading these sides to emphasise the 3D effect?
