Make sure you don't get in trouble with Petit Bateau! They have a similar logo and also make children's underwear.
Yup, this is way too close.
It also looks like the symbol was done in a few minutes, without giving it much thoughts.
I'd start over.
I would also start over- that's too close for comfort!! Do your own thing! :)
