Brands of the World is the home for the largest library of freely downloadable vector logos, yearly logo awards celebrating the best identities and a logo critique community.
I wish you gave more information about said logo. (I mean, we know it's a logo, that's why it's here.)
Anyway, I'm not sure what Dltd means by saying that the house is jaunty...? It doesn't look particularly happy or cheerful to me- but that doesn't mean I don't like it. I think it's a really good start or maybe even just fine as it is. (I can't think of any suggestions to fix it!)
But the text- the text seems really really BIG and W I D E, thus a little disproportionate to the logo above. Maybe pick a different font that matches the size of the house better (maybe it could be just twice as wide as the house instead of 3 or 4 times as wide?)!? It's such a tall and skinny font- I'd like to see something that's still elegant if that's what you want- but just shorter/thicker?
Last thing, I'm not a huge fan of the maroon color! I see a dark blue or brown even, but that's just me.
By 'jaunty', I mean that bits seem to be falling off and diagonal. It's a Norfolk dialect use of the word to mean something like "on the 'huh", if that makes sense to you. Awry, perhaps.

Your house looks jaunty and your typeface is a really bad choice.
Besides that, it's a robust sort of an idea.
